About Erling O. R. Bentzen
Erling has over 20 years' experience with various forms of contract law, most notably commercial property and transaksjons. He has been an adviser and handled matters relating to the purchase, sale, options, development, letting of commercial property, and assisting clients in regulatory processes with a strong focus on efficiency and results.
Previously, Erling was stationed in Kosovo (KFOR), and worked in military/civilian interface, acting as a judge in compensation tribunals handling civil damages claims (material) in connection with the conflict and leases and and reconstruction contracts in the region.
Erling also has legal expertise and extensive practical experience within procurement law, including mainly assistance related to private suppliers/contractors in connection with the preparation of tenders.
